Utilization instructions:

• Hold your mobile device 4 - 7” away from an area of the package print proof or thermal label enhanced with Digimarc Barcode.
• Follow the app's prompt to scan the traditional 1D barcode on the package or thermal label.
• Upon scanning, the app will compare the Digimarc Barcode to the traditional 1D barcode, displaying the outcome and additional package details.
• After a successful match, leverage the Signal Sight feature to scan other areas of the package or thermal label for further data validation. Signal Sight illuminates regions with Digimarc Barcode enhancement, indicating accurate data matches with a green animation display.

A Digimarc Barcode functions as an imperceptible digital watermark embedded within a product package or thermal label, incorporating the product's Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) data typically found in a product's UPC/EAN symbol.
